Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is based upon Legitimate Interest. It is necessary for us to store and process personal information in order to develop business opportunities, deliver work on behalf of clients and maintain our business networks.

FirstPartner Ltd acts as the Data Controller for data collected by FirstPartner through our website, research and business development activities. In some cases, Firstpartner’s clients may act as Data Controllers. In most cases FirstPartner will act as the Data Processor, however in some instances third-party providers or partners  may also act as Data Processor.

How We Use Personal Data

The personal data we collect may be used by FirstPartner in the following ways:

  • To provide you with the service that you have requested or to respond to an enquiry that you have made

  • To send you a link to content you have requested 

  • To send you occasional email updates on new FirstPartner research and services

  • We may also occasionally contact you by email or telephone to request feedback on research or other services we have provided you with

Sharing of Personal Data

We may make Personal Information available to third parties contracted by us to help us process payments, market  our business or deliver the professional services we offer.  All our third-party service providers are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies and are subject to confidentiality agreements  

We have a contractual partnership with The Human Chain Ltd, a consulting company with whom we collaborate closely on business development, marketing and project delivery. We may make data available to the The Human Chain where that is necessary for legitimate joint business development and delivery purposes. Our relationship with The Human Chain is governed by confidentiality agreements

We will not otherwise share, sell, rent or loan any Personal Information, with or to any other company or organisation for marketing or other purposes.

Storage and Transferring of Data

We have put in place measures to protect the security of your information.

The data that we collect from you is stored with a provider that may be in a country outside of the EEA. Any such transfer of your personal data will be carried out in compliance with the applicable laws.
